I was NOT born fit.

In fact, it took someone I love calling me out to finally change. No shortcuts, just habits, built and repeated over time.

Fitness became my escape from a family life marked by alcoholism and constant struggle. It gave me purpose, discipline, and eventually, a career as a 2x NCAA All-American, 70.3 Ironman finisher, NCSF Certified Coach, and 15+ years learning from top coaches. Even after a career-ending injury ended my sport, I never left fitness, it stayed my anchor.

Later, at Accenture, I worked with clients like NASA, Truist, and JAB Holding Co. I saw the same thing everywhere: high-performers neglecting their health, not realizing the energy, clarity, and confidence they were leaving on the table.
